|Recommended: YesReview — The aesthetics in unit are wonderful, as are the appliances, and when billed on time, utilities are reasonable. The valet trash is a great service, and overall this is a great place to live.
While I understand the complexities of operating student living, I believe the following improvements would make the rental rate far more worth it, given its comparison to the actual market.
- Parking Every spot has a number, a lottery system should allow those spots to be assigned to a person EACH AUGUST, with a limited number of overflow guest parking spots
-Security Security has improved this year, however there are critical areas of importance, such as outside lighting and the fact that literally anyone can get onto the elevator without their key fob, with the front door wide open 9-5 M-F
-Customer Service the emergency number should be someone who works in this building, not a third party. Management should also refrain from choosing to either ignore issues sent to them via email or responding with very obviously AI generated responses, insulting the very residents that pay for this building.

|Recommended: YesProperty Staff — The Property staff need to do a better job of taking care of the business end. They've taken to long to resolve payment issues. They tell you that they will take care of the issue that day but a couple of days later nothing has been resolved.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Living Experience at The Hudson — I’ve only been here for a short time less than 48 hours , but overall my experience has been okay so far. I really like the apartment itself — the all-white interior is especially appealing to me, and it makes the space feel clean, bright, and welcoming.
The main issue I’ve noticed so far is the internet. The connection has been quite poor and unreliable, which makes it difficult to do basic tasks like work or video calls.
One small additional note is that the bathroom curtain rod is placed very high. I had some difficulty finding a shower curtain long enough to fit properly, and I’m not sure if this is standard.
Aside from these points, I do like the place and look forward to settling in more as time goes on.

|Recommended: YesFront Lease Staff availability — When we moved in January, we tried to contact leasing staff numerous times by email and phone. They never responded to our call back nor our email. As a matter of fact, we needed to reschedule our move in date as we were finally told a day before our requested date was not acceptable to move-in. We both my daughter and I were very concerned about the non responsiveness of the staff.
Hello- We are sorry to hear about the lack of response from our team. We do have new staff including a new Community Manager in place and are actively working to improve on areas of feedback provided to us. We expect this will not be a concern moving forward. - The Hudson Management.
|Recommended: NoLack of organization — Fire alarms occur multiple times a month, lasting longer than 40 minutes. Tenants constantly run through the hallways yelling and blasting music well into quiet hours. Speaking of the hallways, they require but do not receive at the very least weekly cleanings.
Hi Jacob- We are sorry to hear that your neighbors are not being respectful with regard to our quiet hours. Our maintenance team does work hard to clean the building daily, sometimes the messes left behind pile up. We will work on doing better for all of you. - The Hudson
|Recommended: NoAverage living — Not really worth 1100 monthly when you can get an apartment live on your own for the same price. Would live on my own once lease is up not worth renewing the lease Only good part is making connections with fellow college students

|Recommended: YesAbout the noise and marijuana smell — So far, I have had a good experience here. But sometimes, in the hallway, I can smell the marijuana. And also, sometimes at night around 11 00 p.m.-1 00 a.m., I can still hear people running and laughing in the hallway. I think sending emails to tell everyone there are quiet hours would work. Thank you
